I'm having trouble creating an account. What should I do?

Many times, problems with creating accounts can arise because of the type of device you're using when you sign up. If you're using a mobile device or tablet, try signing up for an account on a laptop or desktop computer. 

Alternatively, if you have an iPhone, open the link outside the mail app and use Chrome or Safari to sign up.

I was logged onto the wrong Instagram when I connected it to my account. How can I change it to the correct one?

  1. When you're logged in on Instagram, click on Channels in the menu on the left hand side of the webpage
  2. Click Disconnect to disconnect your Instagram account
  3. Open Instagram in a separate tab in the same web browser and make sure you're logged into the correct Instagram account that you would like to connect to
  4. Return to your previous tab and click Connect to connect the right Instagram account to
