I'm having trouble creating an inzpire.me account. What should I do?
Problems with creating accounts can arise because of the type of device you're using when you sign up. If you're using a mobile device or tablet, try signing up for an account on a laptop or desktop computer.
Alternatively, if you have an iPhone and you're trying to sign up with inzpire.me through an email link, open inzpire.me outside the mail app and use Chrome or Safari to sign up.
While signing up, I can't seem to connect my social media channel(s). What can I do?

I connected the wrong social media account to my inzpire.me profile. How do I change it to the correct one?
1. Click on My Channels in the menu on the left-hand side of the webpage
2. Click Disconnect to disconnect the incorrect social media account.
3. In another tab in the same web browser, log into the correct social media account that you’d like to connect to inzpire.me.
4. Return to your previous tab and click Connect, and the correct account will be connected to inzpire.me.
My followers and subscription numbers aren’t updating. What can I do?
Your followers and subscription numbers update automatically every 1-2 hours. If they’re not updating, you can try disconnecting and reconnecting your social media channel(s). To do this,
Click on Channels in the menu on the left-hand side of the webpage
Click Disconnect to disconnect your social media channel(s)
Click Connect to re-connect your social media channel(s) to inzpire.me
Note: If you have multiple accounts on a social media channel, make sure you’re logged into the account that you want to connect to your inzpire.me profile.
If you’re logged into the incorrect account and have already connected it to your inzpire.me profile, disconnect your social media channel on inzpire.me again, log into the correct account, and re-connect your social media channel to inzpire.me.
