Have you found a creator you want to collaborate with? Do you have some questions for them? You can get answers and clarifications by sending the creator a direct message before sending a booking request.

To send a direct message to a creator:

Click on Discover Creators in the sidebar menu.

Search for a creator you’d like to send a direct message to and click View Profile.

On the creator's profile, click Send Message at the bottom left-hand side of the page. This will redirect you to the creator's Direct Messages page.

Type in your message in the message box and click Send Message.

If you decide to collaborate with the creator, you can add them to an existing campaign, or add them to a shortlist directly from your messages. Check out this article to learn more.

Your message thread will be moved to the booking request so that you can continue your conversation with the creator!
