inzpire.me creates an invoice for each booking based on the information provided by you and the creator. To view the invoices:

Click on Settings in the menu on the left-hand side of the webpage.

Under Business Settings, click Billing.

You can sort your invoices by date range, or you can click on one of our default options (ie: last 30 days). Then, click Apply Dates.

You can also sort by Types of transactions. Then, click Apply Filters.

To download an auto-generated invoice, click Invoice PDF under the corresponding booking transaction.

You can also download all invoices in your selected date range by clicking Download All Invoices, or you can a summary on Excel by clicking Download Invoice Summary.

The invoices will include the VAT amount set by the creator. The creators are also free to send you other documentation of the transaction.

Note: Countries may have different rules on invoicing and you’re solely responsible for determining what’s required by law.
