To create a booking request, you need to add a Visa/Mastercard. When the creator accepts your booking request, your card will be automatically charged. 

When a booking is funded, the booking will be marked with Payment verified. Bookings that aren’t funded are marked with Payment pending

Note: Brands who are on the Free Plan will be charged a 5% service fee for each completed booking. 

The funds from your payment will be moved to an escrow account with our payment provider, Mangopay, where it’s kept safe until the booking is completed. When the creator finishes a booking, they’ll mark the booking as Delivered. When you confirm that the booking is completed, the funds will be automatically transferred to the creator's Wallet.

We do not recommend that creators begin work on a booking before the payment is verified. If you haven't funded the booking and there's two days or less until the delivery date, the creator will be able to cancel the booking. 

If your total amount of transactions will exceed €2500 per year, we’ll ask you for additional documentation on your company. This is required by our payment solutions provider, Mangopay, and is necessary in order to fight fraud, money laundering, and financing of terrorism. This will not longer be required on September 14, 2019.
