How to change your payment currency

You can select to receive payments in EUR (€), USD ($), GBP (£), or NOK.

You can choose to receive your payments in either EUR, USD, GBP, or NOK. However, if you’d like to withdraw your payment in another currency, the payout can be exchanged to your local currency.

The exchange rates will be based on the data provided by Yahoo Currency Converter. The rate will be updated every day, but it may differ slightly from the real-time market rate.

When your creator receives a booking request, the payment will be displayed in your currency. The payment will be approximate, as the exchange rate will not be locked in until you accept the booking request, and the payment will be based on the day's exchange rate.

Please note that all conversion fees will be dependent on the brand's payment method and/or payment provider. The conversion fee will not affect your payment.

Changing your default currency

You can switch your currency under Wallet in the menu on the left-hand side of the webpage. To do this:

1. Click on Wallet in the menu on the left-hand side of the webpage. 

Note: If the Wallet is not appearing in the left sidebar, select Accounts Dashboard and it’ll appear.

2. Then, click on the Settings icon and select Switch Your Currency in the dropdown.

3. Select your new currency, and click the Change Currency To button.

Note: Your talent agency account can only use one currency for all your creators.
