Staying safe online

If you believe that someone posing as inzpire.me has contacted you, here's what you should do

Updated over a week ago

We've become aware of suspicious activities where scammers are falsely representing themselves as inzpire.me.

Fraudsters may try to execute scams via phone calls, emails, and social media messaging platforms, such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram DMs.

Your safety is our priority, so here's what you should do if you encounter something suspicious:

  1. Check Twice: If something feels off, double-check. Legitimate communication from us will always come through our official channels:

    1. Email domain: "@inzpire.me" (e.g. support@inzpire.me)

    2. Instagram: @inzpire_me

  2. Protect Your Personal Information: Never share sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers, financial details, or passwords, with unknown individuals or organisations.

  3. Avoid Clicking Suspicious Links: Refrain from clicking on links in emails or messages that seem suspicious.

  4. Verify Identities & Report Suspicious Activity: Before responding, you can verify the identity of the person by contacting inzpire.me through our official channels. We also strongly encourage you to report any suspicious activities you come across directly to us. You can send an email to support@inzpire.me, or send a message via the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen.

  5. Secure Your Accounts: It's best practice to regularly update your passwords, and we highly recommend turning on two-factor authentication for that extra layer of protection.

  6. Block & Report The Contact: If you have any doubts about the legitimacy of a person or communication, it's advisable to lean on the side of caution, and block or report them via the communication platform (e.g. WhatsApp, Email, Facebook Messenger etc.)

Got questions, or suspicions? Contact our Support Team directly by emailing support@inzpire.me, or sending a message via the chat icon on the bottom right of the screen.

Stay safe! 🙏
