How to mark a booking as delivered for my creator

Learn how to upload sponsored content and results to Deliverables for brands to review.

Updated over a year ago

When your creator completes a booking request, you’re ready to mark the booking as delivered!

You may be required to upload Deliverables - your creator's sponsored content and their results - to the booking before delivering it to the brand.

To check whether you need to upload Deliverables, go through the following scenarios:

Uploading Deliverables for Instagram collaborations

Scenario 1: Your creator mentioned the brand in their Instagram content

If your creator mentioned the brand (ie: @inzpire_me) in their Instagram sponsored content, you don’t need to add any sponsored content and results to the booking.

They’ll be automatically fetched from Instagram by our platform for you.

You can simply click Mark as Delivered on the top right-hand side of the page once your creator fulfills the brief!

Scenario 2: Your creator doesn't mention the brand in their Instagram content

If your creator didn’t mention the brand (ie: @inzpire_me) in their Instagram content, you or the brand will need to add sponsored content and results to the booking.

To do this, go to the booking request. Under Deliverables at the top right-hand side of the page, click Edit/Add Deliverables.

Then, select Instagram as the channel for your creator's Deliverables.

You can add both posts and stories to the booking. To add content, click on Select Posts. You’ll be shown your creator's 25 most recent posts or stories.

View and select the content that your creator created for the campaign, then click Add Selected Media.

Your creator's content will appear under Added Deliverables on the right side of the page. Their results will automatically be tracked and updated.

Scenario 3: Uploading Deliverables for YouTube collaborations

To deliver a booking for a collaboration on YouTube, you’ll need to add sponsored content to the booking.

To do this, go to the booking request. Under Deliverables at the top right-hand side of the page, click Edit/Add Deliverables.

Then, select YouTube as the channel for your creators’ Deliverables.

To add content, click on Select Videos. You’ll be shown your creators’ 50 most recent videos.

Select the video(s) you want to add to the collaboration by clicking Select. Then, click Add Selected Media.

Double check the videos you’ve selected under “New videos selected to be added.” Then, click Save Content.

The content will appear under Added Deliverables on the right side of the page. Their results will automatically be tracked and updated.

Scenario 4: Uploading Deliverables for collaborations on other channels

To deliver a booking for other channels other than Instagram, you’ll need to add links to your creator's sponsored content and results.

To do this, go to the booking request. Under Deliverables at the top right-hand side of the page, click Edit/Add Deliverables.

Then, select Other Channels to add Deliverables.

Paste the links to your creator's sponsored content, then click Save Content. The posts will be added to the booking.

You can find your creator's content under Added Deliverables on the right side of the page.

Adding results to your manually uploaded Deliverables

You may be required to upload results to your manually uploaded Deliverables. To do this, click Upload Results under the content you want to upload results for.

Type in the results for your creator’s sponsored content and upload a screenshot of them. Then, click Save to Booking.

A popup will appear to notify you that your results were added. Click Ok to close it.

To go back to your booking request, select Back to Booking Request at the top left of the page.

You can confirm your results were added under your Deliverables.
