When you complete a booking request, you’re ready to mark your booking as delivered!

You may be required to upload Deliverables - your sponsored content and their results - to your booking before delivering it to the brand.

Note: You can upload Deliverables to your booking request on our mobile app or on desktop.

To check whether you need to upload Deliverables, go through the following scenarios:

Scenario 1: You mentioned the brand in your Instagram content

If you mentioned the brand (ie: @inzpire_me) in your Instagram sponsored content, you don’t need to add any sponsored content and results to your booking.

They’ll be automatically fetched from Instagram by our platform for you.

You can simply click Mark as Delivered on the top right-hand side of the page once you’ve fulfilled the brief!

Scenario 2: You don’t mention the brand in your Instagram content

If you didn’t mention the brand (ie: @inzpire_me) in your Instagram content, you’ll need to add sponsored content and results to your booking.

To do this, go to the booking request. Under Deliverables at the top right-hand side of the page, click Edit/Add Deliverables.

Then, select Instagram as the channel for your Deliverables.

You can add both posts and stories to your booking. To add content, click on Select Posts. You’ll be shown your 25 most recent posts or stories.

View and select the content that you created for the campaign, then click Add Selected Media.

Your content will appear under Added Deliverables on the right side of the page. Their results will automatically be tracked and updated.

Scenario 3: Uploading Deliverables for YouTube collaborations

To deliver a booking for a collaboration on YouTube, you’ll need to add sponsored content to your booking.

To do this, go to the booking request. Under Deliverables at the top right-hand side of the page, click Edit/Add Deliverables.

Then, select YouTube as the channel for your Deliverables.

To add content, click on Select Videos. You’ll be shown your 50 most recent videos.

Select the video(s) you want to add to the collaboration by clicking Select. Then, click Add Selected Media.

Double check the videos you’ve selected under New Videos Selected to be Added. Then, click Save Content.

Your content will appear under Added Deliverables on the right side of the page. Their results will automatically be tracked and updated.

Scenario 4: Uploading Deliverables for collaborations on other channels

To deliver a booking for other channels other than Instagram, you’ll need to add links to your sponsored content and results.

To do this, go to the booking request. Under Deliverables at the top right-hand side of the page, click Edit/Add Deliverables.

Then, select Other Channels for your Deliverables.

Add the links to your sponsored content, then click Save Content. Your posts will be added to your booking.

You can find your content under Added Deliverables on the right side of the page.
