How to use Reporting to track your campaign results

Access key campaign metrics in real-time.

Updated over a week ago

You can view real-time status and performance data of all your campaigns in your Reporting dashboard.

Note: Your client can also view Reporting for the account(s) they’ve been granted access to.

To access Reporting, click on Reporting in the sidebar menu.

You can filter by one or more campaigns to control which report you see.

Select a campaign from the dropdown or start typing the name of the campaign in the search box. Then, select the campaign.

Once you’ve selected campaigns to view reporting for, you'll get an overview of the following:

Status

  • Number of creators: Total number of creators who have accepted, delivered, or completed the bookings in the selected campaign(s).

  • Pieces of content: Pieces of content delivered so far in the selected campaign(s).

  • Creator acceptance rate: The percentage of creators you’ve reached out to that have accepted your request.

  • Active bookings: Total number of accepted or delivered bookings that haven't been marked as completed in the selected campaign(s).

  • Completed bookings: Total number of completed bookings in the selected campaign(s).

  • First content published: Date the first content was published for the selected campaign(s).

  • Last content published: Date the latest content was published for the selected campaign(s).

Budget

  • Budget pending: Total budget of pending booking requests in the selected campaign(s).

  • Budget committed: Total budget of accepted booking requests that haven't been paid out to creators.

  • Budget spent: Total budget paid to creators so far in the selected campaign(s).

  • CPM on budget spent: This CPM (cost per mille) metric is calculated by dividing the total budget spent by the total impressions, multiplied by 1,000.

Instagram performance

You can view insights for all sponsored content published for a campaign on Instagram under Instagram performance. These insights include:

  • Total number of followers: Total followers the creators had while participating in the campaign(s).

  • Total engagements: Total number of engagements (likes and comments) generated for the selected campaign(s).

  • Total reach: Total number of unique users that saw the creators' content in a selected campaign.

  • Average engagement rate: Average engagement rates of all posts in the selected campaign(s).

  • Total impressions: Total number of times the creators' content was viewed for the selected campaign(s).

  • Average engagement on reach: Average engagement on reach of all posts in a selected campaign.

Charts

  • Content type distribution: This chart shows how often each type of content was published for the selected campaign(s).

  • Impressions by content type: This chart shows how many impressions were generated for each content type in the selected campaign(s).

You can filter Instagram content for the campaign by Most Recent, Highest Reach, or Highest Engagement.

Instagram content performance

To view how each piece of Instagram content for the campaign performed, scroll down to Instagram Content Performance.

Click on the content you want to view insights for, or scroll left and right to see insights for the content.

You can filter the content by Posts, Stories, IGTV, and Reels.

You’ll also have the ability to export this data by clicking on +Export CSV.

Instagram content timeline

Here, you’ll find a timeline of when the content was published on Instagram.

You can filter what content you want to view by clicking on one or more of the checkboxes for Posts, Stories, IGTV, and Reels.

Creator performance on Instagram

To view how each creator performed in the campaign, scroll down to Creator Performance on Instagram.

You’ll be able to see insights like how many followers the creator had while participating in the campaign, pieces of content the creator published for the campaign, social engagements generated, and total number of reach and impressions the content published in the campaign received.

Note: You can also export this data to CSV by clicking +Export CSV.

YouTube performance

You can also view performance data for YouTube campaigns. You’ll be able to view:

  • Total number of subscribers: Total number of subscribers the creators had while participating in a selected campaign.

  • Total engagements: Total number of engagements (likes, dislikes, shares, and comments) generated for the selected campaign(s).

  • Video views in first 30 days: Total number of views on the YouTube video(s) in the first 30 days.

  • Average percentage viewed: The percentage of the video(s) users have watched on average.

  • Total video views: Total number of views on the YouTube videos.

Chart

Engagement distribution: This chart shows how many likes, dislikes, comments, and shares were generated for the selected campaign(s). You can use this chart to understand the composition of different engagement types.

You can filter Youtube content for the campaign by Most Recent, Highest Video Views, Highest Video Views in 1st 30 Days, or Highest Average Percentage Viewed (the percentage of the video(s) users have watched on average).

YouTube content performance

To view how each piece of YouTube content for the campaign performed, scroll down to YouTube Content Performance.

You’ll also have the ability to export this data by clicking on +Export CSV.

Click on the content you want to view insights for, or scroll left and right to see insights for the content. You also have the option of viewing an Audience Retention Graph by selecting View Graph.

This chart illustrates the percentage of viewers who watched the whole video(s), or who stopped watching the video(s) and when. You can use this chart to gain insight into areas of the video that are working well, and where opportunities for improvements lie.

Here, you’ll find a timeline of when the creators’ content was published on YouTube.

Creator performance on YouTube

To view how each creator performed in the campaign, scroll down to Creator Performance on YouTube.

You’ll be able to see insights like how many subscribers the creator had while participating in the campaign, pieces of content the creator published for the campaign, social engagements received, average percentage viewed, and video views in the first 30 days. Scroll left and right to see all insights for the creators.
