View and manage all creator-generated content from the Content Library.

Updated over a week ago

To access the content that creators publish for your campaign, click on Content Library in the sidebar menu.

Note: Clients with a Customer role can also view the Content Library.

All creator-generated content that has been added to your bookings will be shown here.

If you notice that content is missing, you can ask the creators to add their content and results to Deliverables. When they do, they’ll appear in your Content Library.

You can filter the content by channels, campaigns, or creator name.

The content library shows you content for all channels by default. So if you want to only view Instagram content, for example, click on the Youtube and Blog icons to remove these content types.

You can filter content on campaign by selecting a campaign from the dropdown menu at the top of the page.

You can also sort the content by Newest, Engagement Rate, Reach, Comments, or Likes by selecting your preferred option from the dropdown.

To filter on creator name, simply type in the creator’s name in the search box at the top right of the page.

Viewing Instagram content

To view Instagram content, filter out YouTube and Blog content by clicking on their icons under filter on channels.

Click on an image to view the Instagram post’s reach, engagement on reach rate, impressions, likes, comments, engagement rate, and usage rights for the image.

To download the creator’s content, click Download.

Viewing YouTube content

To view YouTube content, filter out Instagram and Blog content by clicking on their icons under filter on channels.

You'll be able to view insights for YouTube videos by clicking on the content you want to view. Then, click the YouTube icon underneath the video.

You’ll be redirected to the video on YouTube, where you’ll be able to locate the video views and comments.

Viewing Blog content

To view blog content, filter out Instagram and YouTube content by clicking on their icons under filter on channels.

You'll be able to view insights for Blog posts by clicking on the content you want to view. Click on View Post. You’ll be redirected to the creator’s blog post, where you’ll be able to read the post and view the comments.

For more Blog results, you can ask the creators to share their reach (unique viewers) and impressions (total views) by attaching a screenshot in Messages.

Note: If you or your client are planning on repurposing or sharing creator content, be sure to obtain content usage rights. Learn more here.

It's also important that you give creators proper credit for the work that they’ve done by, for example, mentioning their Instagram handles or names when you're reusing the content generated from the campaign.
