When a creator has completed a booking request, the creator will mark their booking as Delivered. To complete the booking, you’ll need to complete one of the following processes:

Add Instagram content to your booking

When a creator publishes sponsored content on Instagram, you’ll receive a notification from us within the hour.

The Instagram content can only be identified by the platform if the creator mentions your brand (ie: @inzpire_me). If you didn’t require the creator to add a mention in their caption, scroll down to Add Instagram content to your booking (without a mention).

Note: If you collaborated on other channels, scroll down to Review Deliverables (other channels).

To view the content, log into your account. Click on Recent in the top right-hand corner of the page. Click on the New pieces of content found notification.

You’ll be redirected to your booking request. At the top of the page, you’ll find all the content that was found on Instagram by inzpire.me.

Verify that the content the platform identified is related to the booking. If it is, select Add Post to Booking.

If the content is irrelevant, select Discard Post.

Click undo if you’ve accidentally added or discarded a post.

Once you’ve finished viewing the content, the verified content will be added to the booking.

You’ll find them below Added Deliverables on the right-hand side of the page. The results of the content will automatically be fetched from Instagram. Posts will be tracked and updated for 7 days. Stories will be be tracked until they expire (24 hours).

Once you’ve done this, check if the booking was completed according to your brief. If it was, click Mark as Completed at the top right-hand of the page.

The payment will then be transferred to the creator’s Wallet.

After the booking is complete, both you and the creator will be asked to give each other a review that will be visible on your profiles. inzpire.me is built on trust, so it’s important to give honest and fair feedback. Learn more about reviews here.

Add Instagram content to your booking (without a @mention)

If you didn’t require the creator to mention your brand (ie: @inzpire_me) in their captions, you or the creator can manually select the relevant sponsored content to add to your booking.

To do this, under Deliverables, click Edit/Add Deliverables on the right-hand side of the page.

The creator’s 25 most recent posts and stories will show. Select the ones that are relevant to your booking and add them to your Deliverables.

The content’s results will automatically be fetched from Instagram. Posts will be updated and tracked for 7 days. Stories will be be tracked until they expire (24 hours).

Once you’ve added the content to the booking, review the creator’s content to check if the booking was completed according to your brief. Then, click Mark as Completed.

The payment will be automatically transferred to the creator.

After the booking is complete, both you and the creator will be asked to give each other a review that will be visible on your profiles. inzpire.me is built on trust, so it’s important to give honest and fair feedback. Learn more about reviews here.

Review Deliverables (other channels)

If you’re collaborating with a creator on other channels, such as YouTube, Blog, or Facebook, the creator is responsible for uploading the sponsored content manually.

They’ll upload links to their content and their results in Deliverables. You’ll find them under Added Deliverables.

Review the creator’s content to check if the booking was completed according to your brief.

Then, click Mark as Completed. Once you complete the booking, the payment will be automatically transferred to the creator.

After the booking is complete, both you and the creator will be asked to give each other a review that will be visible on your profiles. inzpire.me is built on trust, so it’s important to give honest and fair feedback. Learn more about reviews here.
