Learn how to add collaboration options and price ranges to your inzpire.me Creator Profile

Updated over a week ago

To increase your chances of getting a fair offer from brands, you should let them know what compensation you’re expecting for a collaboration. You can do this by adding your pricing information to your inzpire.me profile.

To help price your Instagram collaborations, you’ll find our Instagram Pricing Calculator on the Pricing page. To learn more about the Instagram Pricing Calculator, click here.

How to add pricing information

To add your pricing information to your inzpire.me profile, complete the following steps:

  1. To get to your pricing settings page, click Pricing in your Creator profile, or click the User Menu in the top left of platform, then Pricing. Then click the Add Pricing button under the channel you want to add pricing for.

  2. Select the collaboration option you want to set pricing for.

  3. You'll be prompted to add a price range. This will let brands know what price you expect for this type of collaboration. You can also choose to add a description to let brands know any other details about the collaboration offer or price range you set.

  4. To add more collaboration offers and price ranges, click the Add Pricing button again, and repeat the steps above! You can always edit or remove your pricing options later.

Instagram collaboration options

For Instagram, you'll have a few pricing options for different types of collaborations:

  • 1 Instagram post: You create 1 standard post (photo and caption) for a flat fee.

  • 1 Instagram story: You create 1 story (lasting a minimum of 15 seconds or 3 still images) for a flat fee.

  • 1 Instagram reels: You create a video for 1 Instagram post (maximum 90 seconds and caption) for a flat fee.

  • 1 Instagram carousel: You publish a series of 2 or more photos in 1 post (photo slideshow and caption) for a flat fee.

  • Instagram ambassadorship: You work with a brand for a set period of time, publishing sponsored content on Instagram regularly.

  • Instagram package: You package various types of Instagram content (ie. 2 posts and 2 stories) and offer this service for a reduced price. If you select this option, be sure to specify what's included in your package.

Pricing for 1 Instagram post

If you’ve connected an Instagram account, and haven’t added pricing options yet, a price for 1 Instagram post is automatically added to your inzpire.me profile. This price is calculated once a day based on your estimated Instagram performance, and will be visible to brands viewing your inzpire.me profile.

The collaboration option for 1 Instagram post cannot be removed, but you may edit the price range. We recommend editing the price range for this collaboration option, to receive booking requests that meet your expectations.

👋 Note: Brands will see a note on your profile if you haven't manually added pricing for 1 Instagram post yet.

Collaboration options for other channels

You can also add pricing information for collaborations on other social media channels:

  • YouTube video: You create 1 video with a sponsored segment for a flat fee.

  • TikTok video: You create 1 video with a sponsored segment for a flat fee.

  • Facebook post: You create 1 standard post (photo or video and caption) for a flat fee.

  • Podcast collaboration: You create 1 podcast with a sponsored segment for a flat fee.

  • Snapchat collaboration: You publish 1 standard post (photo or video and caption) for a flat fee.

Viewing pricing information on your inzpire.me profile

You can see how your pricing information is displayed to brands by clicking Pricing from your creator profile.

When a brand creates a booking request, they’ll send an offer based on the price ranges you set. The offer may be higher or lower than your price ranges, depending on the scope of the booking, and their marketing budget.

It’s up to you to decide if you’re willing to accept the offer. You can accept or decline any booking requests received, or you can negotiate the terms of the booking.
