If the status of the booking request you'd like to cancel is Accepted, you’re required to send a message to the creator to: (1) explain why you want to cancel the booking and (2) ask them whether they agree to it. The creator must send you written confirmation that the booking can be cancelled in Messages before you send us a cancellation request. 

To cancel a booking, go to All collaborations and click on the booking you'd like to cancel. 

On the right-hand side of the page, there will be a Request Cancellation button. Check to make sure you're requesting to cancel the correct booking.

You’ll be asked to provide us with a cancellation reason. If none of the reasons provided apply, click Other. You’ll be able to type in a custom response.  

You’ll receive a response to your cancellation request within 48 hours.
