If the status of the booking request you'd like to cancel is Accepted, you’ll need to send a message to the creator explaining why you want to cancel the booking, and the creator will need to agree to it.
We encourage you to wait for the creator to send you a written confirmation that the booking can be cancelled in Messages before you send us a cancellation request.
To cancel a booking, go to All Collaborations and click on the booking you'd like to cancel.
On the right-hand side of the page, there will be a Request Cancellation button. Check to make sure you're requesting to cancel the correct booking before clicking it.
You’ll be asked to provide us with a cancellation reason. If none of the reasons provided apply, click Other. You’ll be able to type in a custom response. Then, click Send Cancellation Request.
Our team will review your request, and you’ll receive a response within 48 hours.
