Your Wallet is where you can transfer funds to your bank account and access invoices for completed bookings.

Click on Wallet in the sidebar menu.

Note: If your Wallet doesn’t appear in the left sidebar, click Accounts Dashboard.

Your Balance displays the funds you currently have available in your wallet.

To withdraw your earnings, you need to add your company bank account details in Settings under Bank account here, and complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You can learn more about the KYC process here.

Once this is completed, you'll be able to withdraw the available funds. You can, at any time, withdraw parts or all available funds from your Wallet. The transferred funds should arrive in your bank account within 2-3 business days.

Managed creators cannot access or withdraw funds from the platform. As their manager or agency, you’re responsible for paying the creators for their work, according to whatever agreement you have arranged with them.
