I connected the wrong social media channel
Once you've completed your profile, you might notice that you've accidentally connected the wrong social media account to your inzpire.me profile. Here's what you do:
- Click on Channels in the sidebar menu.
- Locate the social media channel you'd like to change and click Disconnect.
- Check to see if you’re logged into the correct social media account you'd like to connect.
- Click Connect.
The right account should now be connected to inzpire.me!
The number of followers on my profile is incorrect
The number of followers on your profile should be updated once a week. If it hasn’t updated, you can try disconnecting and reconnecting your social media channels. Here’s how:
- Click on Channels in the sidebar menu.
- Locate the social media channel with the incorrect number of followers and click Disconnect.
- Click Connect.
The number of followers on your profile should now be updated.
