Dispute scenarios and tips
Content not as expected
If the content is not what you expected, try sending a message to the creator. The creator may have misunderstood your brief. You can ask the creator to revise the content. You can also request that the creator send you their content for review before it’s published.
Booking request not delivered
There may be a reason why the creator hasn’t delivered the booking request, such as not receiving the product for the collaboration. You can send the creator a message to ask about the creator’s progress and to remind the creator of the delivery date.
Booking request cancellations
If you want to cancel a booking request after the creator has accepted it, send a message to the creator explaining why. Then, click the Cancel Booking Request button on the right-hand side of the page. You can learn more about canceling a booking request here.
The creator doesn’t respond
If the creator doesn’t respond, contact us by using the chat icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the webpage and we'll follow up. If there’s payment involved, the money will be returned back to you if the booking is cancelled.
Note: If the booking request is pending and you’d like to cancel the booking, send a message to the creator explaining why you’ve chosen to cancel the booking. You’ll be able to cancel the booking request without contacting us. Learn more here.
